The complex includes 17 practice studios, 2 recording studios, several mix studios, a mastering suite, a 175-person-capacity live venue/production studio, storage facilities, a repair and music spares shop, a vegan café, and a venue/bar. It is known for hosting live performances, rehearsals, and parties.
