A new experimental theatre form blending dramatic storytelling with electronic music, produced by trēada theatre.
ELEKTRIK brings Her Raving Mind to Brighton Electric Studios on Sunday 8 November, from 18:00 to 21:00. It's the first piece from a new experimental performance form that takes dramatic storytelling into electronic music spaces, moving theatre out of its usual setting and putting the audience inside the show, free to move and respond.
Her Raving Mind is a Greek-British tragicomedy that echoes the Electra myth and follows a woman grappling with emotional abuse and trauma. The dramaturgy weaves dramatic text with live DJ performance, British electronic music, embodied movement and sensory light design, all set to a live electronic score. It's a visceral world where you stand together and move through the psychological experience of trauma, rather than watching it from a seat.
The performance is led by Fenia Gianni, who writes, directs and performs, with Heiko Geritzmann on electronic music, production, DJing and visuals, and Kat Deleiros on voiceover. Guest DJ Max Pashm joins in the third act. The show is produced by trēada theatre company, Heiko Geritzmann and Sweet Productions, and has toured Europe throughout 2026.
