Sell your tickets for free and fill your event

You don't need to: Planomato's agenda already picks up the city's events on its own. Planomato Tickets is for events whose entry is handled here — if your tickets are already sold through another channel, this is not the place for you (and our admission system would block it).

You do. The organiser creates the event and its tickets, sets the conditions and grants access at the door. Planomato provides the technology — the event page, the QR tickets and the scanner — and the distribution in the city's guide, but it does not sell the tickets and is not part of your agreement with attendees.

The organiser. If someone has a problem with your event, we collect it through the «Problem with this event?» form and forward it to you. Planomato records and passes on the report; it does not mediate, arbitrate or decide who is right.

You do. The data you collect through registrations is yours to see and export as CSV from your panel whenever you want. Planomato stores it to run the service and to send the tickets: it neither sells nor shares it with third parties.

Nothing. Today Planomato Tickets only takes free events, and for those creating the tickets, handing them out and validating them at the door is free: no fee and no per-ticket commission. If we ever add paid tickets, the terms will be announced beforehand and it will be up to you to use them.

By hand, by someone on the team. When you submit it, your event stays pending and we review it before it reaches the guide: that it is a real event, with a date, a venue and enough information for whoever reads it. Meanwhile your page already exists and you can open it with its link, but it is not listed and not indexed.

Your organisation's email and the event details, including a poster or an image. No website of your own, no card and nothing to install: sign-up, panel and door scanner all run in the browser.
