Monster Mash Party

Baden Library is hosting a Monster Mash Party on Thursday, October 29, from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. It's a Halloween party for kids, aimed at the 5-to-10 age group, and it's part of the St. Louis Public Library's 'The weekend' family events series.

The afternoon is built around puzzles and challenges inspired by classic monsters, so the kids will be working their way through a series of monster-themed activities rather than just hanging out. There are life-sized games to play, a bit of monster folklore mixed in, and a chance to show off a best costume, which is usually the part the kids look forward to most. It's designed as a structured afternoon of activities rather than a free-for-all, so it should keep a group of young ones occupied for the full two hours.

If you're planning to bring your kids, the party runs from 3:30 to 5:30 PM on Thursday, October 29, at the Baden Library, 8448 Church Road in St. Louis. Admission is free, and accessibility accommodations are available by calling 314-241-2288.
