A play about a family surviving after a mysterious cosmic event rips their neighbourhood out of suburbia and transports it to an unknown place.
The End of Oak Street played at Showcase Southampton on Wednesday 16 September. It's a play that starts with a cosmic event ripping Oak Street right out of suburbia and transporting the neighbourhood to an unknown place.
The story follows the Platt family, left to make sense of it all. They soon find that their very survival depends on sticking together as they navigate surroundings that have become completely unrecognisable. It's a domestic drama set against a surreal backdrop, with the family at the centre of a world that's changed overnight.
