The Big Sustainability Expo 2026

The Big Sustainability Expo returns to the Hilton Southampton Utilita Bowl on Thursday 29 October, marking its 11th edition. Presented by The Southern Sustainability Partnership Ltd, it's built as a business conference that brings together industry experts and innovators to talk through emerging trends and new ways of working. The focus this time is on sustainable business solutions and energy management, with Troo Energy holding court at Stand 37.

It works on a few levels at once. There's the conference side, where you'll find a programme of talks throughout the day, and the exhibition side, where you can walk the floor and see the latest sustainable innovations and eco-friendly products first-hand. Between the two, there's plenty of room to pick up some practical strategies for your own business and network with other people working in the same space. It's an in-person day, so you're meeting the people behind the stands and the speakers in the flesh rather than through a screen.

One of the better things about it is that it's open to all ages, so it's not just for the corporate crowd. Whether you're running a company, working in a sustainability role, or just interested in how businesses are changing their approach to energy and the environment, there's a place for you here. It's a full day's outing, and because it's at the Utilita Bowl, free parking is available on site, which makes getting there a lot easier.
