Pierre Novellie is back at The Steamworks on Friday 19 March 2027 with his new show, Okay, One More Then Bedtime. It's observational nerd comedy, and it follows on from last year's You Sit There, I'll Stand Here.
The new hour covers a fair bit of ground. It starts with his idiosyncratic takes on food and works its way towards a full-blown existential crisis, so there's a decent range to it rather than one single theme. If you've seen his previous work, this is the next chapter in that same vein of observational comedy.
Novellie has built a strong reputation over the years. Critics have called him one of the top stand-ups working at the moment, a master writer, storyteller and raconteur. Chortle described his output as the most consistently entertaining body of work of the last two decades, which gives you a sense of the consistency he's known for.
