Masterclass on practical crisis decision-making for South Yorkshire business leaders, led by Rebecca Chapman of Maple Leaf Business Consulting.
Rebecca Chapman is running a masterclass on decision-making under pressure at The Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire on Wednesday 11 November, from 13:00 to 16:30. It's built for South Yorkshire business leaders, and the focus is on practical crisis decision-making rather than theory.
Chapman brings more than 30 years of operational leadership to the session. She rose to Superintendent and served as a trained Firearms and CBRN Silver Commander within policing, and later became CEO of the first Home Office cyber crime prevention company in England and Wales. The masterclass draws on the CLEAR Decision-Making Model, a structured framework adapted from national emergency-services practice, and it culminates in a live, evolving crisis scenario tailored to manufacturing and engineering.
The venue is Cutlers' Hall, 7-15 Church Street in the city centre, run by The Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire, which has been championing Sheffield and South Yorkshire's manufacturing industries since its founding in 1624. The hall is fully accessible, with step-free access, a wheelchair ramp and an accessible lift.
