Bingo Lingo Sheffield - The Christmas Special

Bingo Lingo is back in Sheffield on Thursday 3 December, with a Christmas special taking over the Sheffield Students' Union Concourse on Western Bank. It's their biggest festive show of the year, so it's worth getting your group together early rather than leaving it until the week before.

If you've never been, the format is exactly what it sounds like: bingo, but with hosts, games, antics and a fair bit of holiday madness running through it. There are prizes to win, and they're described as ridiculous, which is usually the point. The night also includes surprise appearances and Christmas crowd games, so it's not just about marking off numbers on a card.

There's a festive dress code encouraged, too. Christmas jumpers, Santa hats or elf outfits are all on the table, and there's a prize for the most festive look of the night, so it's a good excuse to dig out the most over-the-top thing you own. If you're not into the costume side of things, you can still just show up and play, but the dress-up is a big part of the atmosphere.

It starts at 18:00, and tickets go from £7.00 up to £10.00. You can find more details on their website, bingolingo.club, or follow them on Instagram @BingoLingo.
