Technical deathcore collective Crown Magnetar and To The Grave co-headline the Sawed Off Suffering Tour at Soundwell SLC.
The Sawed Off Suffering Tour stops at Soundwell on Friday, October 16, with Crown Magnetar and To The Grave co-headlining. They're joined by Face Yourself, Ameonna, and Hollow I Am, so it's a full bill of five bands in one night. The show starts at 6 PM.
Crown Magnetar is a technical deathcore collective, and they're touring on their 2025 EP Punishment. This run also marks the addition of veteran guitarist Rob Maramonte, who comes from The Zenith Passage and Fallujah. Vocalist Dan Tucker described the bill as a package of some of the most punishing bands in heavy music, built around relentless brutality. That's a fair summary of the sound: technical, heavy, and focused on the brutal end of the spectrum.
To The Grave shares the top of the bill, and with five bands on the roster, the night leans heavily into that same territory. The tour is a co-headlining run, meaning both Crown Magnetar and To The Grave get their due rather than one taking the lead. Face Yourself, Ameonna, and Hollow I Am round out the lineup, so the whole evening stays within the same heavy orbit.
