Valhalla, A Viking Murder Mystery comes to Boringdon Hall Hotel and Spa on Friday 26 February 2027, an interactive theatre night that puts you right in the middle of the action. It's a murder mystery set in a Viking kingdom, and the story kicks off with King Magnus already dead. The realm is preparing to celebrate: his son Erik is due to be crowned king and wed to his betrothed, Astrid the Fair. But as the feast begins, it becomes clear that not everyone is convinced the old king died of natural causes.

There are plenty of motives to pick apart. Frida, the king's overlooked daughter, believes she should inherit what her brother is taking, while a mysterious goat keeper asks far too many questions. It falls to Helga the Law Speaker to keep order as accusations fly and tempers flare, until another Viking makes their final journey to Valhalla. Being interactive, you're not just watching the drama unfold from the side — you'll be part of the evening, weighing up the clues and deciding who's lying.
