Monthly storytime and art-inspired play session for children ages 0 to 5 with their parents or caregivers in the Phoenix Art Museum galleries.
Storytime is back at the Phoenix Art Museum on Thursday, November 5, at 10:30 AM. It's the museum's program for its youngest visitors—kids ages 0 to 5—and it runs on the first Thursday of every month, so if you miss this one, there's another session coming around in December.
The format is pretty simple: you bring your little ones into the galleries for a multisensory experience that blends early literacy with art-inspired play. Instead of just looking at the walls, the kids get to engage with the art through storytelling and activities. It's designed for the 0-to-5 crowd, so it's as much about the experience as it is about the art itself. Because it's a gallery-based program, children have to be accompanied by an adult.
Capacity is limited, and advance reservations are required, so you'll want to book your spot ahead of time rather than just showing up. The session is free for members and included in general admission for everyone else. The museum is at 1625 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004.

It kicks off at 10:30 AM on Thursday, November 5.
