The Brickmakers Big Quiz

The Brickmakers Big Quiz is on at The Brickmakers on Tuesday 21 October, from 20:00 to 23:00. It's a general knowledge quiz, so it's the sort of thing that works best when you've got a few different heads around one table — someone for the sport, someone for the music, and someone who remembers things from school that no one else does.

Teams can have up to six people, which is plenty of room to split the work and keep the conversation going between rounds. If you're on your own, it's a good excuse to round up a few friends and see how you stack up against the other tables. The quiz runs for three hours, so there's plenty of time to get through the questions without it feeling like a rush.

For those who haven't spent much time there, The Brickmakers is one of Norwich's most iconic venues, and it's more than just a pub. It's got three stages: the main stage, which mostly hosts local cover bands and usually has free entry; the B2 venue, a grassroots space for up-and-coming acts from across the country — mostly metal and rock, but pop, punk and folk too; and an outside stage that comes into play during the summer. It's a proper music venue, so the quiz is just one of the things that happens there.

Entry is £2 per person, and teams can be up to six people. It runs from 20:00 to 23:00 on Tuesday 21 October at The Brickmakers, 496 Sprowston Road, Norwich, NR3 4DY.
