Mary's marvellous music quiz

Mary's marvellous music quiz is at The Brickmakers on Sunday 6 December, running from 19:00 to 22:00. It's a music quiz in the simplest sense: you get together with a few friends, put your heads together, and see how your collective knowledge holds up against the other teams in the room.

If you're not familiar with the venue, The Brickmakers is one of Norwich's most established spots, and it's a bit of a multi-stage operation. There's the main stage, which mostly hosts local covers bands and usually has free entry; the B2 venue, a grassroots space for up-and-coming acts from across the country, leaning towards metal and rock but with pop, punk and folk too; and an outside stage they use during the summer. This quiz sits alongside that mix of live music the place is known for.

The quiz is run in teams of up to six people, so you'll want to gather your group beforehand. Entry is £2 per person, and booking is by phone on 01603 947881. It runs from 19:00 to 22:00 at The Brickmakers, 496 Sprowston Road, Norwich, NR3 4DY.
