Stand-up show by Taskmaster star Chloe Petts, calling it her most honest yet and drawing on her new identity as a 'Passenger Princess'.
Chloe Petts brings her new show, Call Me By My Surname, to Norwich Theatre Playhouse on Saturday 6 March, with a second performance on Sunday 7 March. Both start at 7:30 pm.
It's her fifth show and comes after four tours, and she describes it as her most honest one yet. The material draws on her new identity as a 'Passenger Princess', a tricksy snake called Medusa, and the particular trials of being the only sober person at a Pitbull concert. It's a stand-up comedy hour, so you'll get a full set of new material rather than a short spot.
If you're just getting to know her, Petts is a breakout star of Taskmaster series 22 on Channel 4, and The Guardian has called her 'one of the most compelling young comics'. On television and radio she's appeared on Have I Got News For You (BBC1), Live at the Apollo (BBC2), and Bake Off: An Extra Slice (Channel 4), and she's been a regular host on Sky Sports News. She's also guested on podcasts like Off Menu with Ed Gamble and James Acaster, Shagged. Married. Annoyed. with Chris and Rosie Ramsey, and Films to Bury With with Brett Goldstein, and she co-hosted The Guilty Feminist alongside Deborah Frances-White.
