Stand-up show in which Gregor Fisher, the Scottish actor behind 'Rab C Nesbitt' and 'Love Actually', shares stories from his career.
Gregor Fisher is coming to Norwich Theatre (Playhouse) on Monday 29 March 2027, part of the second leg of his UK tour. He's fresh from a completely sold-out and critically acclaimed run at the Edinburgh Festival, so this is the tour that follows that.
If the name doesn't ring a bell, the characters will. He's a Scottish stage and screen legend who's brought some proper icons to life over the years. There's the multi-BAFTA Award-winning Rab C Nesbitt on BBC2, Naked Video also on BBC2, and The Baldy Man on ITV. He popped up in Love Actually too, and more recently in the BBC1 sitcom Only Child. It's a long list of roles that span a few decades of British comedy.
The show itself is billed as an evening in conversation, full of laughs, surprises and honesty about what he calls the 'daft and wonderful journey' he's had. It's less of a stand-up set and more of a look back at a career that's taken him from the Scottish stage to some of the biggest names in UK comedy. Critics have called it warm, engaging and incredibly funny.
