Theo Randall Cookery Masterclass - The Italian Table

Theo Randall is hosting a cookery masterclass at Theo Randall Cucina Italiana on Saturday 7 November, from 18:15 to 22:00. The whole evening is built around his new cookbook, The Italian Table, which he says comes from a lifelong love of Italian food.

The class itself is a demonstration of the heart of Italian cooking: simple, seasonal ingredients prepared with care. Randall works through the recipes in the book and talks through the different regional cuisines of Italy, so you get a sense of how the food changes from one part of the country to another. Once the demonstration is over, you taste the dishes he's made, and then sit down to a four-course dinner with wines chosen by the sommelier. Everyone leaves with a copy of the cookbook, so you'll have the recipes to try at home afterwards.

Randall is a regular on national television, but he's still in the kitchen for most services at his flagship restaurant, Theo Randall at the InterContinental, so this is a chance to see him working in his own space. The masterclass is over-18s only.

It's held at Theo Randall Cucina Italiana, inside the InterContinental London Park Lane at One Hamilton Place, Park Lane, W1J 7QY, in Mayfair — Hyde Park Corner is the nearest station. Tickets start from £206.70, and the evening runs from 18:15 to 22:00.
