Two-day gathering of creative leaders, church pioneers, makers, artists and entrepreneurs with main stage sessions, practical labs, interactive pop-ups and secret gigs.
Renaissance returns to Hackney Church on Friday 13 November 2026, for two full days of inspiration, worship, ideas, creativity, imagination, encounter and fun. It's billed as a gathering for those who want to change the world, and the programme reflects that: main stage sessions run alongside practical labs, interactive pop-ups and secret gigs. The mix brings together creative leaders, church pioneers, makers, dreamers, artists and entrepreneurs, so you'll find as many people there to listen as there are to do.
There's a clear thread running through the two days. The stated purpose is to help people encounter their Creator, be equipped as creatives and to see every local church around the world become a 'Cathedral of Creativity'. That's the ambition behind the sessions and the labs, and it's what the whole gathering is built around. The mix of formats means you can move between the bigger stage moments and the more hands-on, practical side of things, with the pop-ups and secret gigs filling in the gaps.
