Psychic Development, Discover & Strengthen Your Intuition

Atlantis Spiritual Centre is hosting a psychic development session on Wednesday 28 October, starting at 19:30. It's built around practical exercises to help you discover and strengthen your intuition, and the whole thing is run as a fun, friendly and interactive class. The idea is that you'll build confidence, learn to trust your gut and find different ways of receiving information as you go. No previous experience is needed: just an open mind, a little curiosity and a willingness to have a go.

The session takes place at the Atlantis Spiritual Centre, which is a modern community centre for people with a shared interest in inner development and healing. It was founded by Lynn Saunders in 2012 and is run by her and her team, who describe it as a relaxing, calm, peaceful and inspiring venue. They run workshops, classes and events alongside support groups and counselling services, and they call it a haven of love with chill-out rooms in which to unwind.

So if you've ever wondered about your own intuition but weren't sure where to start, this is a low-pressure way to get a feel for it. It's a practical class rather than a lecture, so you'll be doing rather than just listening. The centre is located in the Garden Centre, Enfield, EN2 9DG, and the session runs from 19:30 on Wednesday 28 October, with tickets costing £10.
