Free children's musical show of BBC Musical Storyland performed by the BBC Symphony Orchestra at Young V&A, with hands-on creative activities for families.
Musical Storyland comes to Young V&A on Wednesday 28 October, with musicians from the BBC Symphony Orchestra taking the stage. It's a live performance of the BBC production, and it's aimed at children aged 3 to 7, so it's one to keep in mind if you've got little ones to entertain over the half term.
The session is part of the Young V&A October Half Term festival, which pairs the live show with a handful of hands-on creative activities for families to get stuck into. There's bird house making inspired by designer Christie Swallow, building clay characters, and designing film posters inspired by Aardman. If you're heading in with kids, you can combine the performance with a bit of making on the side.

It's a free event, and it falls right in the middle of the October half term break, so it's an easy one to slot into a day out in London with the family. The show is on Wednesday 28 October at Young V&A.
