Weekly Friday kung fu session for children and their families at the Best Start Family Hub in Haringey.
Kung Fu classes are running at Best Start Family Hub - Triangle on Friday evenings, and the next session is on 23 October. It's a family-focused setup, so it's aimed at children and their families rather than as a solo adult thing. If you've got kids at home and you're looking for something they can get stuck into on a Friday night, this is a good shout.
The sessions run every Friday from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, so it's a full hour of training. It's not a one-off either; the dates listed are 23, 6, 13, 20, 27 October and 4, 11, 18 December 2026. There is no session on 30 October, which falls during the half-term week, so keep that in mind if you're planning your autumn. The gap means you'll have a bit of a break before things pick back up in November.
Because it's a series, it works as a regular thing to settle into rather than a random afternoon activity. You can drop in for one or keep coming back across the autumn and into December. The family angle is the main point here, so it's designed for children to take part with their parents or other family members by their side.
