Small-group sound healing session led by Reiki Master and Sound Therapist Maia, combining crystal singing bowls, gong activation and tuning fork therapy.
Maia is hosting a deep sound healing journey at the Notting Hill Therapy Clinic on Sunday 25 October, starting at 18:00. It's a small-group session run through Maia True Living, open to both men and women, and you don't need any prior experience to join in.
The session works its way through three different sound tools. There are crystal singing bowls, gong frequency activation, and tuning fork therapy, all combined into one journey. The aim is relaxation and inner peace, and because it's a small group, it stays on the quieter, more personal side of things rather than a big room full of people.
Maia herself is a Reiki Master and sound therapist, and she's the one leading the whole thing. The room is set up with room sprays, palo santo, and essential oils to get the atmosphere right before you even settle in. You won't need to bring your own gear either — mats, cushions, and blankets are provided, so you can just turn up and lie back.
