Free evening of live music with The Amazing Kappa Band at The Cavern Pub on Mathew Street.
The Amazing Kappa Band are playing The Cavern Pub on Wednesday 28 October, part of the pub's regular mid-week live music. It's a free session, so you can just turn up and listen without booking anything in advance.
If you're not familiar with the spot, The Cavern Pub is the third venue in the Cavern family, sitting directly opposite the world-famous Cavern Club on Mathew Street. It's open seven days a week from midday, and the walls are lined with Cavern Club and rock memorabilia celebrating the artists and moments that helped shape popular music history. Every evening the pub stages free live performances by some of the best musicians in Liverpool, who bring to life decades of music — from The Beatles to Oasis and Led Zeppelin to Stevie Wonder — with the energy that defines the city's live music culture. The Wednesday session now runs at a new, earlier time than it used to, so it's worth keeping that in mind if you're planning your evening around it.
