Halloween quiz night at The Fulwood Arms, which becomes 'The Skullwood Arms', with creepy trivia, a music round and a costume parade.
The Halloween Quiz takes over The Fulwood Arms on Saturday 31 October, from 20:00 to 23:00. For the night, the pub changes its name to 'The Skullwood Arms', a bit of themed rebranding that's become as much a part of the evening as the quiz itself. It's a Halloween night out in Liverpool, so it's one of those things that works best if you bring a team along.
The format pairs creepy trivia with a music round built from 80s, commercial pop and party mashups, and a costume parade. The whole thing is run by Sphinx UK, a promoter that bills itself as the home of the UK's best events, quiz nights and boombox bingo across the North West and the West Midlands. If you're planning on coming, the costume parade is a good excuse to actually lean into the dress-up side of the night.

There's a cash element to it too: half of all ticket fees go into a cash jackpot, and the highest-scoring teams walk away with event tickets and free drinks. It's £5.50 per person, and the night runs from 20:00 to 23:00 at The Fulwood Arms, 308 Aigburth Road, Liverpool, L17 9PW.
