Thursday night of live music at The Cavern Club with a day of resident acoustic artists and a Beatles tribute night with Beatles Complete.
Beatles Complete take the Front Stage at The Cavern Club on Thursday 29 October, as part of the club's regular Thursday night. It's a local tribute act, and they'll be playing two sets of Beatles classics from 21:15 until 23:00.
Thursday nights at the Cavern are built around that Front Stage slot, with Beatles Complete as the main feature. The night is preceded by a full day of acoustic music from the club's resident artists, so if you're in the city early, there's plenty to hear before the tribute kicks in. Barney Taylor opens from 11:15, followed by Ray Durie at 13:15, Charlie Skeggs at 15:15, Clark Gilmour at 17:15, and Jonny Parry at 19:15. Jay Murray then takes over from 23:15 until 01:00, keeping the music going long after the main set has finished.
If you're not in for the whole day, the Cavern Pub opens at midday and has its own live music from 19:00, so you can start there with a drink and a bit of music before heading into the club for the evening. Between the residents and the tribute, the music runs from 11:15 in the morning right through to 01:00 the next day.
