A stand-up comedy showcase featuring headliners and newer talent at The Stand Comedy Club, strictly for over-18s.
The Thursday Show returns to The Stand Comedy Club on Thursday 15 October, part of a run that continues until Thursday 12 November. It's the club's regular Thursday night fixture, billed as the show that kicks off the weekend, and it runs as a two-hour stand-up showcase with five acts on the bill.
The format pairs the club's ace comperes and seasoned headliners with newer talent on the comedy block, so you'll get a mix of established names and comics still finding their feet. With five acts in two hours, there's a fair bit of ground to cover in one night. The line-ups are subject to last-minute changes, which is just how these things go, so the bill you see on the night might not be the one you signed up for.
