The Stand Comedy Club's flagship Saturday night comedy show featuring five acts from the Scottish and international circuits.
The Saturday Show returns to The Stand Comedy Club on Saturdays from 17 October to 12 December 2026. It's the club's flagship Saturday night, one of the weekly staples alongside Red Raw, The Thursday Show, The Friday Show and The Sunday Service. The Stand says they've been selling it out every week for the past five years, so if you're planning to go, it's worth getting your tickets in early rather than leaving it to the night.
The bills draw seasoned pros from the Scottish and international circuits, with five acts on every show and unreserved seating. That means you'll get a full night of comedy rather than just one or two names, and you can pick your own spot in the room. The club is set inside the historic Lansdowne Church building in Glasgow's West End, and the same room also hosts touring comedians, improv nights and Red Raw, the club's weekly showcase for new comedy.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Glasgow and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

If you're arriving hungry, there's hot food from The Kelvin served at a self-service snack bar before the show and during the first interval, with fresh pizza, home-made burgers and veggie options. It's a good spot to grab something to eat and a drink before you settle in for the night. The show runs every Saturday from 17 October to 12 December, at The Stand Comedy Club, 420 Great Western Road, Glasgow G4 9HZ.
