Matt Bragg brings his new stand-up show, Stand Up Comic, to The Stand Comedy Club, a must-see for comedy fans.
Matt Bragg brings his new stand-up show, Stand Up Comic, to The Stand Comedy Club on Sunday 11 April 2027. It's a solo night, with Bragg as the only name on the bill, so the whole set is his to carry.
If you've come across his name before, you've probably seen it attached to some pretty big company. He's been working as a comic for over a decade, playing audiences around the world and sharing the stage with the likes of Ricky Gervais, Matt Rife, Stephen Merchant and Harry Hill. He's built a reputation as one of the UK's more distinctive comedic voices, and he's become one of the more in-demand names on the circuit.
Stand Up Comic is his latest show, and it follows a sell-out UK tour and the release of his debut special in 2025. The material is described as pairing deadpan delivery with sharply observed, meticulously crafted writing — the kind of set where the timing is as much a part of the joke as the punchline. The Stand bills it as a must-see for comedy fans, and given the tour that came before it, it's the new work he's been taking on the road.
