Live show by My New Band Believe, the solo project of Cameron Picton, former bassist of black midi, at Cabaret Voltaire.
My New Band Believe play Cabaret Voltaire on Saturday 24 October, with doors opening at 7:00 PM. It's a solo project from Cameron Picton, who was the bassist and occasional singer in black midi — a band that's had enough of an impact on the scene that they really don't need an introduction. For this show, he's joined on stage by Kit Mosely.
If you've followed Picton's work with black midi, this is a different kind of thing. The name itself, My New Band Believe, is a bit of a nod to the solo nature of the project, and the bill lists the two of them as the full line-up for the night. It's presented by Curving Track, and the show is for ages 14 and over, with under-16s needing to be accompanied by an adult.
