Immersive dining experience with live Motown and soul singers roaming the room, a tribute to Marvin Gaye, the Temptations, the Four Tops and the Supremes.
Brewhemia is hosting the Soul Supper Immersive Dining Experience on Wednesday 28 October, a night built around Motown and soul music. It's a dinner and a show in one, so you're eating and drinking while the music happens around you rather than sitting through a meal and then heading to a separate stage.
The set is a tribute to the Motown sound, with the songs coming from Marvin Gaye, the Temptations, the Four Tops and the Supremes. Rather than staying on a stage, the singers roam the room while you dine, so the music moves through the space instead of staying in one spot. It's a fairly broad sweep of the Motown era, pulling from some of the biggest names the label produced.
It's not a new production. The show has picked up a 'Family & Visitor Attraction Award' and has a long run of five-star reviews on Design My Night, so it's one with a track record behind it. If you're into the Motown and soul side of things, that's exactly what it's built on.
