Immersive dining experience where guests enjoy a Motown-themed 2-course meal while singers perform live.
Soul Supper returns to Brewhemia on Sunday 1 November, one of several dates it's running throughout the year. It's an immersive dining experience built as a tribute to the soulful beats of Motown, and the format is pretty straightforward: you eat while singers roam the room, so the music comes to you rather than you watching it from a stage. The set draws on Marvin Gaye, the Temptations, the Four Tops and the Supremes, and the whole thing is for ages 18 and over, with a smart dress code.
It's not a one-off, either. The 1 November date is part of a wider run that includes 19 April, 7 June, 6 September, 4 October and 22 November, so if that Sunday doesn't work, there are plenty of other options. The experience runs from 4 pm to 8 pm, with the performances themselves taking up the middle stretch from around 5.30 to 7 pm.
There are a few different ways to do it, depending on how much of the meal you want. The VIP ticket is £74.95pp and gets you a two-course meal, a welcome Prosecco and a VIP view. General is £64.95pp for the two-course meal and Prosecco, and there's a discounted rate of £54.95pp if you're booking for at least four people. If you're just in it for the music, the Show Only ticket is £39.99pp for Prosecco and no food, and Standing Only is £27.95pp for standing room without a meal.
