Mo Gilligan: The Mo You Know

Mo Gilligan brings his world tour, The Mo You Know, to The Queen's Hall on Friday 12 March 2027. It's a triple BAFTA-winning stand-up on the bill, and this is his biggest tour to date. The scale of it is something of a story in itself: he's taking it through the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the Middle East, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Finland, the Netherlands, France, Belgium and the UK, with more territories still to be announced.

If you've come to him through the TV, you'll recognise the name. He first broke out with online videos, where his 'Coupla Cans' catchphrase became a household phrase and led to his own late-night Channel 4 show. From there he became a sidekick on The Big Narstie show, also on Channel 4.

But he didn't start there. He's been doing comedy since 2007, performing as 'Mo The Comedian', and was a finalist in the Laughing Horse new act of the year in 2013. In 2021 he published the book That Moment When. So while the TV work is what most people know, there's a fair bit of stand-up behind it.

The show starts at 8:00pm, with doors opening about half an hour before. It's The Queen's Hall in Edinburgh.
