Paint and sip session with a ghost theme, with an optional DIY soy candle add-on.
Pinot's Palette is hosting A Ghostly Fall, a ghost-themed paint-and-sip session, on Friday, October 16, from 7:30 to 9:30 PM. The studio is at 691 N High St in the Short North, in a neighborhood where local artists and artisans run hands-on workshops year-round, from clay to cocktails. These sessions are led by local artists, and the studio provides the aprons, so you don't have to worry about getting paint on your clothes.
There's a full bar on-site serving beer, wine, wine-based cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, and you're welcome to bring your own food. Just keep in mind that outside drinks aren't allowed. If you're bringing someone under 13, they'll need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian for any class starting after 5 PM, and you'll need a valid ID to buy or drink alcohol.

If you want to make a night of it, there's a $25 DIY candle add-on: arrive 30 minutes before class to pour your own all-natural soy candle. The painting itself runs from 7:30 to 9:30 PM, so if you go for the candle, you'll be there by 7 PM. The session is A Ghostly Fall, a ghost-themed painting that fits the October date. If your plans change, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled or get full class credit valid for 60 days; less than 24 hours, you get class credit minus a $7 fee per seat; no-call/no-shows forfeit the reservation.
