Annual Halloween party at Skully's Music Diner with spins by DJ Chuck Star and a costume contest with cash prizes, for ages 18 and over.
Skully's Halloween Bash returns to Skully's Music Diner on Saturday, October 31, 2026. It's the diner's annual Halloween party, a tradition that comes back to the venue every year and keeps up its custom of awarding cash prizes in a costume contest. If you've been around the Columbus scene for a while, you probably already know the drill: it's the same night, the same spot, and the same costume contest that brings back the cash prizes.
DJ Chuck Star is on the decks for the night, and the costume contest is a central part of the evening. The party is for ages 18 and over, so you'll need your ID. If you're under 21, there's a $5 underage fee that applies all night, and entry is free until 10 PM before tickets cover the door. After that, you'll want to have your ticket sorted.

Tickets are $25.95, and the doors open at 8 PM. The party runs late into the night, so you've got plenty of time to get your costume on and get in before the 10 PM cutoff. Between the DJ and the costume contest, it's a straightforward night out for anyone spending Halloween in the city.
