Paint and sip session where guests paint a Monet-inspired impressionistic scene of Lake Brienz in Switzerland while enjoying drinks.
Pinot's Palette Short North is hosting Paint and Sip: Monet's Lake Day on Saturday, October 24, from 1 PM to 3 PM. The session is built around a painting of Lake Brienz in Switzerland, reimagined with a Monet-inspired twist—so it's a Swiss lake seen through an Impressionist lens. It's aimed at anyone who likes dreamy scenery, soft colors, and that particular impressionistic charm. You can have a drink from the full bar while you paint, with music playing in the background, and you don't need any prior painting experience to join in.
Pinot's Palette Short North is an upscale paint and sip studio in the heart of Columbus's Short North. Beyond these open sessions, they handle corporate parties, special occasions, date nights, girls' nights out, family fun, and fundraisers, and they provide all the supplies you'll need for the class. If you want to make a day of it, there's a DIY Candle Experience for $25 if you arrive 30 minutes early: you get to make a custom-scented, all-natural soy candle that cures while you paint, so you'll have both a painting and a candle to take home when you leave.
