Land-Grant Taproom is bringing back Nightmare on Town Street this season, their Halloween-themed bar takeover in East Franklinton. It's a seasonal thing they do every October, and this time it's coming back with bigger and bolder decor, an expanded lineup of creepy cocktails, and spooky surprises tucked throughout the taproom. If you've been before, it's the same general idea but with more to look at and a longer drink list to work through.
The venue itself is a taproom and beer garden, and it's more than just a place to grab a pint. They regularly host food trucks, including Ray Ray's Hog Pit—which Food & Wine called the best BBQ in Ohio—and a steady rotation of weekly events like Trivia Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus Columbus Crew and Ohio State football watch parties. There's also a Gravity Experience Park on-site with pickleball courts, ice bumper cars, and brewery curling, so there's plenty to do beyond the bar.
If you're into the Halloween side of things, there's more than just the cocktails. Every Tuesday the bar runs "Spooky Tuesdays" in the Beer Garden, with Halloween movies and themed trivia. It's a good way to keep the season going throughout the month rather than just one big night.

Nightmare on Town Street runs from 3 PM to 10 PM at Land-Grant Taproom, 424 W. Town St., Columbus, OH 43215. The venue is family-friendly until 8 PM and 21+ after that, so it works whether you're bringing the kids for an afternoon drink or heading out with friends later in the evening.
