Alchymis is hosting a Crystal Meditation Workshop: Cleanse & Refresh with Clear Quartz on Saturday 29 August, from 14:00 to 15:00. It's a shared session, so you'll be meditating alongside other people rather than on your own.
The focus of the hour is clear quartz. The guided meditation is built around it, and the whole thing is aimed at clearing your mind and spirit of whatever negative energy has built up. If you've been feeling a bit cluttered or just need a reset, that's exactly what this is for.
Once the meditation is over, there's a bit more to it than just getting up and leaving. The session rounds off with a glass of iced artisan herbal tea, and you get to take home your own clear quartz focus to keep after you've left. It's a nice touch that means the practice doesn't have to end when the hour is up.
