Mini-retreat day blending Qigong, Sekhem energy healing, meditation and hypnotherapy with winter symbolism and wisdom.
Rosie Edgington is running a winter reset day at OMNOM on Sunday 13 December, a four-hour session that pulls together Qigong, Sekhem energy healing, meditation and hypnotherapy. It's set up as a mini-retreat, so rather than a single class, it's a morning and early afternoon spent working through those different practices one after the other.
The Qigong brings in the movement side of things, while the Sekhem energy healing and meditation handle the quieter, more internal work. Hypnotherapy is woven in as well, and the whole thing is framed around winter symbolism and wisdom — the kind of theme that makes a bit more sense when the days are actually this short.
It's a good length of a session to really settle into, running from 10:00 to 14:00, so you're in and out before the afternoon properly kicks in. If you've never come across Sekhem or Qigong before, this is a low-stakes way to try them both in the same space rather than booking separate sessions.
