Half-day conference on workplace wellbeing, leadership, culture and engagement with talks and a panel, for HR and people professionals.
SoulBrite is bringing the Workplace Success Summit to OMNOM Birmingham on Thursday 5 November, a half-day conference that pulls together HR directors and managers, people and culture professionals, L&D leaders, wellbeing leads, business owners and employee engagement specialists. The morning is built around a series of talks covering workplace wellbeing, leadership, culture and engagement, and it closes with a panel looking ahead to the next year.
Four speakers lead the morning. Baljeet Baba talks workplace culture, Claire Coughlan covers building a workplace training plan, Tal Singh looks at employee resilience, and Jon Mannion gives a session titled 'Give yourself a break'. After those, the panel 'Workplace Success in 2027' takes over to look at what's coming next. The whole thing is designed to connect the people running these teams with workplace solution providers, so it's as much about the networking as it is about the talks.
There's a practical side to it too: organisations can book a stall to showcase products and services they've built for companies and their people. And if you're attending, you'll get 10% off food at OmNom Restaurant during the lunch and networking session, which is when the morning's conversations usually carry on over a meal.

It runs from 10:00am to 2:00pm at OMNOM Birmingham, 2 Fleet Street, B3 1JH. Entry is free for attendees, though you do need to register in advance. For organisations wanting a stall, those start from £75.
