Music-making sessions open to adults of all abilities to connect with the community through shared singing and percussion.
Tea & Jam is back at B:Music on Thursday 22 October, one of their twice-monthly sessions that run on Thursdays from 12.30 to 1.30pm. It's a music-making session open to adults of all abilities, and you don't need any prior musical experience to take part. Singing and percussion are at the heart of every session, with expert music leaders on hand to help the group grow in confidence as they go.
B:Music runs the sessions as part of its wider work in the city. They're the charity responsible for Birmingham Symphony Hall, home of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, and Town Hall, one of the city's most iconic historic buildings. Tea & Jam is designed to improve wellbeing and combat isolation by bringing adults together for a shared musical experience, so it's as much about the people you meet as the music you make.
