Mosaic Art Workshop

BRIG Café at The Warehouse is hosting a Mosaic Art Workshop on Saturday 24 October, a three-hour session that takes you through the basics of Turkish mosaic art. The whole point is to make something you can actually take home: you'll spend the morning crafting your own mosaic lamp from scratch, and you don't need any prior skills to get it done.

It's a hands-on introduction, so you're not just watching someone else work. You'll be the one fitting the pieces together, and the session is designed to be accessible regardless of whether you've ever touched a mosaic tile in your life. All the materials are included in the price, so you just turn up and get stuck in.

The workshop is open to anyone aged eight and over, which makes it easy to bring along a younger one if you fancy a morning out together. It's also part of a wider series that runs monthly across different UK cities, so this is just one of many chances to pick up the craft.

It kicks off at 10:00 at BRIG Café at The Warehouse, 54-57 Allison Street, Birmingham, B5 5TH, and runs for three hours. Tickets start from £20.00.
