Comedy show written by Diona Doherty about two best friends fighting over the Maid of Honour at a wedding, returning to the Grand Opera House after a 2022 sell-out run.
Bridesmaids of Northern Ireland returns to the Grand Opera House from Monday 20 September to Saturday 25 September 2027, with performance times varying across the week. It's a comedy written by Diona Doherty, who's both a comedian and an actress, and it follows lifelong best friends Becky and Sarah. They reunite to celebrate Sarah's wedding, but things take a turn when Becky's rival, the big-personality Tiffany, enters the fray and sparks a battle for Maid of Honour supremacy.
The show is built on local Northern Irish humour and the growing pains that come with friendship and weddings, and it's not its first time at the venue. It returns to the Grand Opera House following a successful 2022 run that included a sell-out week, so it's coming back to a place where it's already played to a full house.
