The original cast of The Fast Show reunite on stage to recreate the show's favourite moments and share behind-the-scenes stories.
The Fast Show are coming to Waterfront Hall on Tuesday 2 March 2027, with the original cast reuniting for a night of the comedy that made them. It's been thirty years since the show first hit screens, and this is a proper get-together of the people who built it: Simon Day, Charlie Higson, Paul Whitehouse, and Mark Williams are all back on stage together.
They're not alone, either. John Thomson and Arabella Weir join the lineup, so it's a full house of the original cast. The evening is a celebration of the show's enduring appeal, and it leans on the characters that stuck around long after the credits rolled. You'll get the Suits You Sir tailors, Ted and Ralph, Competitive Dad, and the protagonists of Does My Bum Look Big In This? — all the familiar faces and catchphrases that defined the run.
It's not just a trip down memory lane, though. Alongside recreating some of the programme's favourite moments — and without the need for old-age make-up this time around — the cast give a behind-the-scenes look at how the characters and catchphrases were dreamed up, and how the comedy actually came together. It's as much about how they did it as what they did.
