Stand-up comedy special by comedian and author Landon, who celebrates Southern culture, at the 18+ Helium & Elements Restaurant.
Landon brings his stand-up to Helium & Elements Restaurant on Sunday, November 8, at 6 PM. He's a comedian, author, and content creator whose work celebrates Southern culture across digital media, live performance, and publishing.
If you've come across his books, you'll recognize the theme. He wrote Bless Your Heart: A Field Guide to All Things Southern and 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, Y'all, and he has a third, How to Speak Southern, coming soon. The stand-up is the live side of that same project. He's also a writer for brands like Duke's Mayo and Milo's, with work that's appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Atlantic. This past April 22, he made his debut on the Grand Ole Opry, and he collaborates with the luxury brand Lingua Franca NYC on a line that benefits the Domestic Abuse Family Shelter of Mississippi.

There are a few things to know before you head over. Helium is an 18+ venue, so you'll need to be of age to get in. It's general admission, and reserved seating is assigned on the night, so you won't pick your spot in advance. There's a two-item minimum in the showroom, and all sales are final. The show starts at 6 PM on Sunday, November 8.
