Special Event: Ify Nwadiwe

Ify Nwadiwe is playing Helium & Elements Restaurant on Thursday, October 22, at 7:30 PM. If you've come across his name before, it might be from a few different places at once, and that's because he's a bit of a multi-hyphenate—he does stand-up, acting, improv, and writing, and this is a stand-up show.

On the acting side, he's appeared in Workaholics, Comedy Bang! Bang!, and Adam Ruins Everything. He does improv with The Big Team at UCB, and he's written for television series like Twisted Metal, Grand Crew, and Tigtone. He's also written for video games, including Apex Legends and Borderlands 4. If you're a Dropout TV viewer, you probably know him as the host of the panel show Um, Actually.

It's a lot of different credits for one person, but they all sit under the same umbrella of comedy. This is a stand-up set, so you'll see him on stage doing the one thing that ties all those roles together. The show is 18+, and it's being filmed, so by coming you're consenting to appear in video, photo, and social media content. If that's a dealbreaker for you, it's worth keeping in mind before you buy. Otherwise, it's Ify Nwadiwe at Helium & Elements Restaurant on Thursday, October 22, at 7:30 PM.
