Special Event: Don McMillan

Don McMillan plays Helium & Elements Restaurant on Thursday, February 18, 2027, at 7 PM. He's a former Silicon Valley engineer turned stand-up comedian, and the show is built around a question that's been on a lot of people's minds lately: will AI replace comedians?

If you haven't come across him before, McMillan's whole thing is blending his technical background with comedy. He bills his act as "The Funniest PowerPoint Presentation You'll Ever See!" and leans into that corporate, slide-driven format to deliver his jokes. His signature YouTube video, Life After Death by PowerPoint, has more than 50 million views and has made him a regular for corporate audiences at Apple, Microsoft, Amazon and Google.

He's not just a corporate favorite, though. He won the San Francisco International Comedy Competition and has appeared on The Tonight Show, HBO and Comedy Central. He was also the first Dry Bar comedian to surpass 1 million Instagram followers. More recently, he was on America's Got Talent, where he made the Top 12 and performed in the Finals, earning praise from the judges, including Simon Cowell.

The Helium showroom is 18+ and works on a mix of general admission and reserved seating. The show starts at 7 PM on February 18.
