Scuffed Realtor: LIVE with Nick Rochefort and Alex Schultz

Nick Rochefort and Alex Schultz bring Scuffed Realtor to Helium Comedy Club on Thursday, December 10, with two showtimes: 7:30 PM and 9:15 PM. The night is a live stage adaptation of their online hub, a viewer-submitted show that the two hosts are moving from the screen directly to the audience.

If you've followed them online, you know the format. They trade in house reviews, antique expertise, and unsolicited life advice, along with stories of people breaking expensive things. They review local and guest-submitted places and tell patrons exactly what it will cost them on resale value when their grandma dies and stains her otherwise meticulously white carpets. The live version keeps that same energy, with the two of them working through the kinds of submissions that built the show in the first place.

It's presented as a comedy night at Helium & Elements Restaurant, and the venue is 18+. With two sets on the same night, you can pick the time that works best for you. Both are on Thursday, December 10, at 7:30 PM and 9:15 PM.
