Pynk Beard plays Delmar Hall with Steve Ray Ladson, ELSIE and special guest Stella Prince on the 'By Any Means: The Album' tour.
Pynk Beard plays Delmar Hall on Friday, November 6, as part of the Ole Smoky Roadshow. He's not alone on the bill: Steve Ray Ladson, ELSIE, and special guest Stella Prince all share the stage, with Brian Owens opening the night. It's a full lineup for one show.
The set comes from By Any Means: The Album, which dropped on September 25. Hit-Boy executive produced it, and the whole record is built around the sound and spirit of the 1960s, with songs from across generations and genres reinterpreted for the project. Much of the recording happened at FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, a place that's a landmark in soul and R&B history. Net proceeds from the album go to the Black Music Action Coalition (BMAC).
The title track, "By Any Means," was written by 17-time Oscar nominee Diane Warren and performed by Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees The Isley Brothers and David Kushner. It's already being predicted as a 2027 Academy Award nominee for Best Original Song, and it also features in the film BY ANY MEANS, starring Mark Wahlberg and Yahya Abdul-Matteen II. The roadshow itself runs seven dates in cities with Black music history, and Apple Music's Rissi Palmer picked a local opening act for each stop.
