21+ Halloween after party with DJ Luke Alexander at AVA Garden Bar in Ballpark Village, following the Ballpark Village Halloween Party.
Luke Alexander plays AVA Garden Bar on Saturday, October 31, starting at 11:30 PM. It's a Halloween night set, and it follows the Ballpark Village Halloween Party, so it's more of an after-party than a standalone show.
Alexander is a New York DJ who works in big room, progressive, and tech house. He describes his sound as anthemic songwriting with the rebellious edge of mid-2000s American dance music. He cut his teeth in the New York nightlife scene with residencies at the Playboy Club, Space Ibiza, and Highline Ballroom, and has played Marquee, Schimanski, Up & Down, Pacha, and Webster Hall. He's headlined Miami's Hyde Beach, LA V Brickell, Story, Mokai, and Heart, and frequently played DAER at the Hollywood Hardrock. Veteran DJs he's supported include Zedd, Kaskade, deadmau5, Dillon Francis, and Afrojack.
Beyond the club dates, he's done three sold-out college tours with Bangerbuddy and I'm Shmacked. His remixes include two official Autograf remixes, reworks of The Chainsmokers' "Young" and "Sick Boy," and a tech house take on Megan Thee Stallion's "Savage."
