Family night with the Cardinals mascot Fredbird at Cardinals Nation in Ballpark Village, on select Wednesday evenings during the off-season.
Fredbird is hanging out at Cardinals Nation on select Wednesday evenings throughout the off-season, with the latest date set for March 10. It's a family night, so it's built for bringing the kids along rather than leaving them at home. The whole thing kicks off at 6:30 PM.
If you haven't spent much time there, Cardinals Nation is a 34,000-square-foot, four-level spot right in the middle of Ballpark Village. The anchor is a two-story restaurant and bar, and the rest of the space holds an 8,000-square-foot Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum, an authentic Cardinals retail store with game-used memorabilia, and a 338-seat rooftop deck that looks out over the field. The room leans on Cardinals history and memories to bring an old-school vibe to a contemporary dining experience.
One thing that makes it a good spot for a family night is the kids-eat-free deal that runs every Wednesday from 5 PM to 9 PM: one free kids meal for every adult meal purchased, dine-in only, for children 12 and under. Since Fredbird's appearances are on Wednesdays, that deal lines up with the event.
